Fr Michael was a former physiotherapist and High School teacher who taught Physics and Mathematics. He has also worked in Teaching and Learning Leadership in the government school sector. He is currently a D.Min. candidate at Fuller Theological Seminary where his research explores the relationship between ministry, formation, education and the Eucharistic Table in the Coptic Orthodox tradition. Fr Michael was ordained to the priesthood in 2015 and serves at the parish of St Mary’s Coptic Orthodox Church in Kensington, Melbourne.
