Today the Vice Chancellor of the University of Divinity Professor Peter Sherlock attended the SAC staff meeting and morning tea. Professor Sherlock presented on the university’s strategic developments and also conveyed his desire to visit all colleges to share in closer collaborative dialogue. SAC staff advised the Vice Chancellor about student enrolment growth and demographics; course developments; new study units; the residential program; research priorities and partnerships; Bishop Anba Suriel‘s book launch (SVS/SAC Press); the Melbourne visit (September 7-13) by His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St Mark; and Eporo Tower Campus opening (September 10).
