Rev Dr John Capper is an adjunct faculty member at SAC. He works with the college teachers of the University of Divinity to nurture excellence and develop world-class courses. Rev John brings a quarter century of experience in theological education, and formerly served as a college dean within the university. He is a Council member of the Australian College of Theology and member of various Higher Education boards, as well as the Board of Tintern Grammar. An ordained Anglican, John has experience in rural, urban and suburban ministry in Australia and UK, and mission experience in Asia. He is regularly involved in interim ministry assignments. John’s PhD is from the University of Cambridge, and his ongoing research is in joy, contemporary theology and ministry practice, and theological education, particularly the use of web-based technologies.
